Consider this challenge – four years ago it was easier to convince people that holding a training session on LinkedIn was a good idea. It was new, didn’t have any real help facilities, and wasn’t the most straight forward to understand.
But a couple months back I proposed an event that coincided with the release of The Revised LinkedIn Personal Trainer and was essentially rebuffed – the group members didn’t think they’d get much value from it.

I caught a nice segment on the Today show this morning – they had Steve Abudato on to talk about his new book “You Are the Brand“.
Readers will notice a great similarity between what I’ve said and this other Steve’s suggestion that branding is an essential component of every professional’s toolbox.
